This Small Business program is ideal for individuals with a home business, small businesses or larger businesses with relatively small promotional needs. Its features are simple:

Upon signing, a "First Month" fee plus "Last Month" fee ($100) is to be paid. A  30-day, written notice is required to close the contract at which time the "Last Month" fee will be applied.  Any billings for work in progress during the 30-day period will be billed at the contract rate.  Any subsequent work initiated after the close of the contracted period will be billed at the "A La Carte" rate or at any negotiated rate already agreed upon when the project began.

 

This Corporate program is ideal for corporations or larger privately owned businesses with relatively high promotional needs. Its features are simple:

Upon signing, a "First Month" fee plus "Last Month" fee ($200) is to be paid. A  30-day, written notice is required to close the contract at which time the "Last Month" fee will be applied.  Any billings for work in progress during the 30-day period will be billed at the contract rate.  Any subsequent work initiated after the close of the contracted period will be billed at the "A La Carte" rate or at any negotiated rate already agreed upon when the project began.

 

This Special Projects program is ideal for small or large businesses with a special project having a high priority deadline or needing extraordinary care in handling (special promotion, regional ad campaign, total program overhaul, total redesign of website, big job with short time line, etc.). This program can accompany or take priority over existing Small Business and Corporate Programs for the periods the project is being completed, but is to be treated as an "add-on" program for those already on the Customized or A  La Carte Programs. This program features:

Upon signing, a "First Month" fee plus "Last Month" fee ($600) is to be paid. A  30-day, written notice is not required to close the contract at which time the "Last Month" fee will be applied and the client will revert to another program.  Any billings for work in progress during the 30-day period will be billed at the contract rate.  Any subsequent work initiated after the close of the contracted period will be billed at the "A La Carte" rate or at any negotiated rate already agreed upon when the project began.

This Customized program is ideal for any businesses with unique or demanding promotional needs. Any special projects needing priority and customized specialty labor and materials will be billed and handled on a per-step, contingency basis (the first step may be "planning" and when it is approved, the next step may be "creative" and so forth). The cost and procedures for each step must be approved in advance of beginning the next step because in these types of projects, the next step's costs and scheduling are contingent on how preceding steps my have raised or lowered costs due to a shift in the difficulty level, production times and any changes in the materials needed. Its features are:

A  written contract is required. Upon signing, a "downpayment" is to be paid on beginning each step.  Any billings for work in progress will be billed at the contract rate at times specified in the contract.  Any subsequent work initiated after the close of the contract will be will be billed at the "Customized" rate unless it is agreed in writing in advance that the negotiated rates already agreed upon when the project began will remain in force.

This A La Carte program is ideal for small businesses or larger businesses having very little need for overt promoting (sales made via contract proposals, catalogs used within "the trade," etc.) and only requires limited creative services on an occasional basis. This A La Carte program is ideal for companies situated in large cities where costs for subcontracted creative services exceed our rates. Its features are simple:

Upon accepting a bid from Æsthmetrics, a contract is to be signed. A downpayment of one-third of the projected total price is due before any work begins and a second third is due when all work has been approved for production. A final payment will be made before or at the time all materials are delivered.
